BPC library is founded in 1956 and has been relocated in November 2015. It covers a floor area of 10000m² and provide a total of 1560 reading seats. There are nearly 720,000 books, 20,000 foreign language books, 820,000 digital books, over 650 journals and digital resources. These e-books are available to teachers and students around the clock.

There are functional areas such as a movie and TV hall, audio-visual room, digital reading room, periodical reading room, training room, professor studio, seminar room, and IC information sharing center. The library opens 90 hours a week, and digital resources are available 24 hours everyday.
